Can You Make My Product?
We can make almost all normal jewelry styles — for example our regular lines and series products such as evil eye, pearl, gemstone, moissanite, vintage/retro series, Hamsa Hand, Tree of Life, Moon Phase, Star of David, Celestial, Minimalist, floral and nature themes, zodiac signs, universe/popular themes, simple basic commuter styles, letter & custom styles, ethnic bohemian styles, love and romance styles, niche cool dark styles, and metal texture series. We have over 60,000 samples to choose from.
We offer customization including OEM/ODM, logo laser engraving, custom packaging, custom hang tags, patented designs, exclusive designs, CAD and 3D printing.
It depends on the style. For simple styles, we can produce the drawing within 24 hours and the sample within 7 days.

The design service is not free, but once your order reaches a certain quantity, the customization fee can be refunded.

How Is Your Quality?
Of course. Our silver can be tested anytime, and we guarantee a purity of 92.5%.
Yes. We also regularly run random inspections to make sure our products meet standards. After all, we do production and design, but not raw material production.
To meet environmental requirements, we source recycled silver and more. We can source the silver according to your requirements.
Of course. We are in Panyu, Guangzhou, China, where environmental requirements must be met, and local environmental authorities also conduct inspections.

We can customize the plating to your standards — 9k to 22k gold, rhodium plating and rose gold plating are all available, and the plating thickness can also be customized. All pieces include Anti-Tarnish E-coating.
We can work with any gemstone that is commonly sourced in China. We partner with a large gemstone raw material company. Just tell us your requirements.
We have QC at every stage of production, with every piece inspected. We follow planned QC standard checks to ensure production meets our standards.
How Do We Work Together?
The MOQ for silver jewelry is 30 pieces, for copper jewelry it is 50 pieces, and for solid gold jewelry it is 1 piece. We also have a large stock and support one-piece drop shipping. Contact us for our catalog.
The sample fee is around $30-$50 for regular styles, depending on the design. Samples can be expedited — we have delivered samples in as fast as 5 days. Designs can be revised before CAD confirmation. Sample approval can be done via video or pictures.
For bulk production, it usually takes 20-30 working days after sample confirmation. If you need faster delivery, we offer an expedited service with a dedicated merchandiser following your order one-on-one and reporting progress at every production stage. Depending on your needs, our production system allows us to track every step.
We don't produce packaging ourselves, but we have partner packaging factories we buy from year-round, so we can offer relatively competitive prices. Most common jewelry packaging on the market can be custom-made, and we also have ready-made boxes in stock. Please share your requirements — we support Amazon packaging and Shopify packaging.
We cooperate with multiple logistics companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS and affordable small-parcel carriers, so we can ship in many ways.
If an after-sales issue arises, we first identify whose responsibility it is — the seller, buyer, logistics, or customs — then resolve it. If it's a logistics issue, we will follow up with the carrier. For normal-use fading/discoloration, we offer re-plating service. If it's the seller's fault, we provide remake service. Our complaint process: first organize the issue, then propose a solution, then choose the resolution.

We offer tiered pricing. Since silver is expensive, we choose higher-purity silver to guarantee quality. For plating, we use real gold plating and add protective coating and anti-tarnish lacquer. For polishing, we polish multiple times and also do manual polishing, not just machine polishing — ensuring long-term stability. We entered the jewelry industry in 2008 and have run our own factory for 10+ years.

While today's machinery is very advanced, we focus even more on quality assurance, with multi-stage QC service — all for quality. We support OEM/ODM. Just provide your ideas, pictures and inspiration, and we can develop new products for you. We also offer video shooting and photography services, and can arrange models from Europe and America for photo shoots.
